Dear Valued Customers:
As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic continues to evolve and impacts the way we work and live, I wanted to provide you with an update on how the Miller Transportation Group is approaching the situation and ensuring we are providing you the service and support you can count on even amid the rapidly changing times.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and any reports or requirements from the CDC and local, state and federal governments. Our employees, including our techs, sales staff, management team, an drivers have been educated on proper hygiene, proper distancing, and many other items relating to keeping a safe environment. Our shops, offices, trucks, and equipment are all subject to proper cleaning and wipe-downs. Many of our local governments have closed non-essential businesses and many have issues shelter in place orders. All of the Miller businesses are considered essential, and our techs, drivers, and other Miller employees continue to work to provide support for your businesses to make sure that your customers get the products they need on time.
We know your business is extremely important to you and it has and always will be to us also. To that end, our employees stand ready to continue servicing your needs as we go through this process together. We plan to continue to keep our shops open and drivers working to deliver your products unless we are told otherwise. Our goal is to continue to deliver the service and support that you depend on, while implementing preventative measures to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees.
If you have any questions or concerns about our preparedness or how we can safely meet your service and support needs, please do not hesitate to contact your local representative, branch or business partner. In the meantime, I want to assure you that Miller remains committed to serving your business needs while taking the necessary steps to help safeguard the well-being of our customers, suppliers and employees.
